[Damon] We should be in there.
[Alaric] No. Isobel made it clear we're not to step a foot inside.
[Damon] I'm not gonna kill her in a crowded restaurant.

[Damon] She ruined your life and you still want to protect her?

[Alaric] Yeah, see I don't get that. Stefan has his humanity. He's a good guy. Hell, you're a dick and you kill people, but I still see something human in you. But with her there was, there was.. nothing.
[Damon] You can turn it off. Like a button you can press. I mean, Stefan's different. He wants the whole human experience. He wants to feel every episode of How I Met Your Mother, so he shuts his feelings out. The problem is as a vampire your instinct is not to feel. Isobel chose the easier road. No guilt, no shame.. no regret. I mean, c'mon.. if you could turn it off, wouldn't you?
[Alaric] You haven't.
[Damon] Of course I have, Ric. It's why I'm so fun to be around!

[Elena] How could you obliterate an entire chapter of my life?
[Alaric] Look, Elena, as much as I like to think that I am full of wisdom, I think it's time we stop pretending that I actually know what's best, okay? Look, I've got my own issues to sort out right now, and I, I think this will explain it much better than I can.

[Katherine] Well you must know that Klaus is too paranoid to ever fully trust you. But the sister, she loves you like it was yesterday. She's the easier mark. But you can't just pretend to care because Klaus will know better. So you do the opposite: you bond with him, make her feel left out. That'll only make her want you more.
[Stefan] Oh, so you mean, I'm uh, I'm taking a page out of the Katherine Pierce play book.
[Katherine] The only question is why, Stefan. I mean, I get it. You want to keep Klaus away from Mystic Falls, but what else do you expect to get from it?
[Stefan] You know what's funny? You keep talking to me like I actually trust you enough to tell you anything.
[Katherine] Oh, c'mon Stefan.. we're beyond that. I saved you from Hilda the High Voodoo Priestess.
[Stefan] Okay. I knew them.. back in the 20's. They were running from someone. Someone who scared them.
[Katherine] A hunter. I heard stories about him centuries ago.
[Stefan] Don't you want to know why an Original vampire who can't be killed is afraid of a vampire hunter?
[Katherine] If you're planning on making a move against Klaus, I want in.
[Stefan] It's good. It's good to want things, Katherine.

How long I've been a fan of the show: Since season one, and I've read all of the books as well. I first got into the books and I loved them. I was happy to find out later that there was a show as well. But I was pleasantly surprised that the show was much different than the books.
Favorite cast member: Paul Wesley. :) Maybe I'm biased, but I've loved his personality in all the Comic-Con Q&A sessions. Not to mention he is amazing at portraying Stefan. 
Shipper of?: Stelena since day one, always and forever. I've never cared for the relationship between Elena and Damon. I can see why they're so drawn to each other, but for the first 3 seasons I was heavily committed to Stefan & Elena, so I can never go back. Delena shippers, be nice and don't be sending me hate mail, lol. 
Favorite season: Probably season 3 because it was a different side of Stefan since he went dark and I loved seeing Paul Wesley portray that. Not to mention the acting seemed to get better and better with each season. I also loved that the Originals were more centered around that season as well.
Favorite villian: I loved Klaus (even though in season two I had a love-hate relationship with him because of his plans), but Kai definitely holds my heart in that regard. He was sadistic, but his sense of humor is what won me over.
Favorite supporting actor: Definitely Matt Davis aka Alaric. I loved the dynamic with him and Damon. Second I would have to say Enzo. I mean, who can resist that accent?!
Favorite song from the show: I have a few: A Drop in the Ocean which was featured at the end of 3x01 when Stefan went off with Klaus. Next would be Don't Let Me Go by Reign, because the song was such a powerful choice to correlate with the scene where Bonnie realizes Stefan was on the Other Side. Finally I would have to choose, With Love by Christina Grimmie. I choose that song because it was featured in the scene of when Jeremy thought he was having to say goodbye to Bonnie. I really got chills when both Caroline and Elena realized they could see Bonnie and the spell worked. 
Most Heartbreaking Moment: Jeez, this is a hard one. There have been a lot for me since The Vampire Diaries is like an emotional rollercoaster for me. The top three I can think of are the end of season 6 when Jeremy said "goodbye" to Elena. I completely lost it. Second, the scene at the end of season two when Elena and Jeremy were getting ready for Jenna's funeral. The music really carried that scene and again, had me bawling my eyes out. The third moment was in season four when Elena was at Jeremy's grave pouring her heart out. Also a follow-up from that scene is after Kol beat the crap out of her and Jeremy saves her and she realizes he's back temporarily. There are probably more, but I'd be here all day.
